1. Personal Responsibility

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal safety, belongings, health and conduct throughout the retreat. VRC Thika, its volunteers and retreat facilitators shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, theft or damage to personal property suffered by a retreatant arising from participation in the retreat, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Registration and Payment

Registration is subject to the information provided by the retreatant being accurate and complete.
